Administrative Roles

-What will be your legacy? Will you put in the bare minimum or will you leave a positive, lasting impact on your residency?

-Every resident has a small portion of the program to call their own

​

-Starts with a systematic evaluation of each residents’ long term goals

​

-Based on interest and goals, these roles are assigned early in the first year

​

-With oversight of a core faculty member, residents can grow and develop this area to the benefit of all.

​

-Example roles include Community Engagement Director, DEI Director, Wellness Director, Social Media Director, Resident Director of EMS, Quality, Ultrasound, Medical Student Education or Scholarly Activity.
